Exchanging your article(s)
Send by Bpost (Note : this is NOT FREE)
1. Complete sections 1,2,3,4 and 5 on the back of the return form.
2. Place the article return form in the shoebox and send the article(s) undamaged in the original packaging with the full postage paid to the return address.
3. Always return the complete product : both shoes, all accessories, etc.
4. We will contact you when we receive it and can proceed further with the exchange.
Bring it back to the shop
1. Complete sections 1,2,3,4 and 5 on the back of the return form.
2. Bring the article(s) together with this article return form to one of our shops (Carmi, Mephisto or Gabor).
3. Go to the shop info desk with the article(s) and return form. Our staff will then handle the exchange and set the article(s) to one side so that you can choose another article at your leisure. If the article you want is not in stock at the shop you go to but is in stock at another shop, it can be reserved for you. In this case you will be refunded your money while waiting for the article to arrive.
